Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer License #1003 For Sale.
The licensee can provide below activities:
- Makes or offers to make an agreement with another person to enter into or offer to enter into an agreement, for or with a view to acquiring, disposing of, subscribing for or underwriting securities or in any way effects or causes to effect a securities transaction.
- Causes any sale or disposition of or other dealing or any solicitation in respect of securities for valuable consideration, whether the terms of payment be on margin, instalment or otherwise or any attempt to do any of the foregoing.
- Participates as a securities dealer in any transaction in a security occurring upon a securities exchange.
- Receives as a securities dealer an order to buy or sell a security which is executed.
Permitted Instruments
Shares and units
a) shares and stock of any kind in the share capital of a company in Seychelles or elsewhere;
b) shares or other units of participation in a mutual fund
Instruments creating or acknowledging indebtedness
Debentures, debenture stock, loan stock, bonds, certificates of deposit and any other instruments creating or acknowledging indebtedness
Instruments giving entitlements to securities
a) Warrants and other instruments entitling the holder to subscribe for securities
b) Certificates representing certain securities
Options
Options to acquire or dispose of –
a) a security under this act
b) any currency;
c) any precious metal;
Futures
Rights under a contract for the disposal of a commodity or property of any other description under
which delivery is to be made at a future date and at a price agreed upon when such contract is traded on a recognized securities exchange.
Contracts for Differences (CFDs)
Rights under –
a) a contract for differences; or
b) any other contract the purpose or pretended purpose of which is to secure a profit or avoid a loss by reference to fluctuations in –
i. the value or price of property of any description; or
ii. an index or other factor designated for that purpose in that contract (subject to exclusions)
